AGM - FORMAL NOTICE

The Agenda for the 2010 Season AGM to be held at the Alton CC Clubhouse on Sunday

7th February starting at 18:30 is provisionally:

1. Apologies
2. Minutes of the Last AGM
3. Matters Arising
4. Chairman’s Remarks
5. Treasurer’s Report and Presentation of Accounts
6. Club Captain’s Report – including Colts Report
7. Proposal by the Committee to amend the Constitution as per the attached
documents.
8. Election of Club Officials
9. Election of Other Committee Members
10. Nomination and election of Vice-Presidents and Life Vice-Presidents
11. Any Other Business
12. Schedule of Committee Meetings

Please make every effort to attend, it is your club.

Those members who do attend the AGM will be eligible for a Worldham Park Golf Course Alton CC Membership Card which will entitle you to a £5 discount off their
normal 18 Hole Green Fees.
