We are pleased to announce that this year we will be having the dinner and dance at The Alton Maltings on Friday 23rd November 2018 starting at 7pm.
The food will be provided by Mr and Mrs Ball who provided the food at the last dinner and dance in 2016, and it was excellent. The cost of tickets will be £35 per person, which include the below 3 course menu, a welcome drink, table wine.
- Smoked Haddock topped with Welsh Rarebit on a bed of Tomatoes in a Chive Dressing.
- Filo Parcel stuffed with caramelised red onion and cheddar cheese on a tomato and basil sauce.
- Game Terrine with toasted bruschetta and homemade chutney.
- Chicken Breast wrapped in Bacon in a red wine, wild mushroom and shallot sauce.
- Fillet of Beef Wellington served on a rich madeira sauce.
- Salmon Fillet in a mushroom, prawn and lemon butter sauce.
- Wild Mushroom Stroganoff with Basmati Rice (Veggie).
- Chocolate Crunch on a Biscuit Base with Vanilla Ice Cream.
- Sticky Toffee Pudding with Ice Cream.
- Mango Mousse topped with Glazed Mango.
