Alton U11A vs Hartley Wintney

Our final league game of the season saw us take on Hartley Wintney.

Finally we won the toss and after some deliberation Ethan decided that we would bowl first (excellent decision).
We started well taking a couple of quick wickets on a pitch that had low bounce.
Hartley Wintney were eventually bowled out for 49 with the pick of our bowlers being Joe 2-3, Alex 3-2 and Sam G 4-2.

Jamie and Ruhan opened the batting and started steadily laying a good platform for the batsmen to follow and we passed Hartley Wintney's score in the 8th over thanks to some impressive hitting from Ethan. We decided to carry on the match and we ended our 20 overs on 128, with Matt (33), Jamie (22), Ethan (20) and Freddie (17).

A really great way to finish our league season.
