Rowledge won the toss and decided to bowl first.
We batted steadily, scoring around 5 runs an over but consistently losing wickets as Rowledge caught every chance we offered them.
Good contributions from Alex (12), Logan (10) got us to 93-9 with 2 overs to go. The final pair of Jamie and Finlay then scored 15 off the last 2 overs, with Jamie hitting several boundaries to get us up to a competitive 108-9.

Matt opened the bowling and took a wicket with his first ball the catch being taken by Jamie at mid wicket (phew I was envisaging WW3 if that had been dropped). Rowledge shrugged off this early set back and progressed rapidly to 55-1 off 9 overs. Then Sam W and Ollie took their first wickets of the season quickly followed by a second for Matt; as well as a couple of run outs left Rowledge needing 13 to win off the final over. Ethan stepped up and bowled an excellent final over conceding just 2 runs to secure the win.

Well done to Jamie who top scored with 27 and Matt who took 2 for 12.
